Orders are prepared after payment confirmation, or after placement for approved Cash on Delivery orders. Delivery times depend on the destination and courier. Tracking information will be added to the order page when available. Please verify your delivery address before placing an order.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the order, submit a request from the completed order page. Include the received date, a clear description, relevant flight or build information, and clear photos. Keep the item and packaging while the request is reviewed. Approval is required before any return or refund is processed.

Warranty review covers eligible manufacturing defects and is based on the product, supplier terms, installation, use, and evidence provided. Damage caused by crashes, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, modification, misuse, water exposure, excessive voltage or current, or normal wear may not qualify. Do not continue using a product that may be unsafe.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may include PayMongo, Manual Payment, and Cash on Delivery. PayMongo payments are completed on PayMongo's hosted checkout. Manual payments require store verification. Cash on Delivery availability may depend on account order history.

We use account, contact, address, order, payment-status, and support information to operate the store, fulfill orders, prevent abuse, and respond to requests. Payment credentials entered on PayMongo are handled by PayMongo and are not stored by this website. Refund evidence is stored privately and is accessible only to the customer who submitted it and authorized store administrators.
